Booking Procedure

  1. Upon booking, a 50% deposit of the accommodation fee will be invoiced, which must be paid via bank transfer. The remaining 50% will be invoiced upon your arrival.
  2. To confirm the booking, a 50% deposit is required. If this was not completed during the booking process, you will receive an invoice, which must be settled by transfer, SZÉP card, or bank card.
  3. The remaining balance will be invoiced before your arrival and should be settled by transfer, SZÉP card, or another agreed method.

 

Cancellation Policy

  1. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
  2. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.

 

Booking Modifications

Changes to the booking date are possible, depending on availability, with a written request at least 14 days before the intended arrival date.

 

Payment Methods

  1. Deposit: Bank transfer, SZÉP card, or bank card for online bookings.
  2. Balance: Invoiced before arrival and to be paid by transfer, SZÉP card, or an agreed method.

 

Arrival/Departure

  1. Address: 3235 Mátraszentimre, Petőfi Sándor utca 2/2.
  2. Check-in: 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out: By 10:00 on the day of departure.
  3. Changes to arrival and departure times can be made with prior agreement, subject to availability, for an additional fee.
  4. Upon request, we offer a personal welcome and a tour of the premises.

 

Other Conditions

  1. By making a reservation, you accept and agree to follow these house rules.
  2. You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay.
  3. After confirmation, the terms of the booking are considered final.

 

Cleanliness

  1. If the apartment is not clean upon check-in, please notify us immediately.
  2. After check-out, the apartment will be cleaned. We kindly ask that you collect your waste in the designated bins during your stay, and replace the full garbage bags with the provided spare bags for your convenience.
  3. Collect the full bin bags in the bins in the designated place on the paved area in front of the house.
  4. To maintain cleanliness in the yard and around the apartment, do not litter the yard, but collect the cigarette butts in the designated ashtrays and bins.
  5. For stays longer than a week, we provide cleaning services, as well as a change of towels and bedding.

 

Pets

  1. Only well-behaved, house-trained pets are allowed, with an additional fee.
  2. The responsibility for pets during the stay is assumed by the owners.
  3. The owner of the animals or the person making the reservation is liable for any damage caused.
  4. For pets, please pay particular attention to cleanliness, especially carpets, furniture, sofas, beds.
    • For hygiene reasons, please clean and dry wet, muddy pets with a towel before bringing them inside.
  5. We can provide water and food bowls for pets.

 

Use of the House, Rooms, and Garden

  1. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
  2. Please use the furnishings for their intended purpose.
  3. Please do not rearrange the furniture, but if you need to do so, please let us know.
  4. Please do not take the equipment and furnishings of the apartment house, including towels, bed linen, decorative items, etc. out of the house.
  5. The provided towels are for personal use only. Please do not take them outside or use them for other purposes such as sunbathing or drying off in the garden.
  6. Upon departure, the apartment will be inspected, and any damages will be charged to the guest. Please notify us immediately if you notice any damage upon check-in.
  7. Please report any malfunctions or problems as soon as possible. We will fix or replace them as quickly as possible.
  8. Please do not take the keys to the rooms with you.
  9. Please take care of all recreational equipment and toys: board games, children's toys, balls, pen equipment, etc., and use them as intended. If you notice damage to anything, please report it to us.

 

Hot Tub Rules

  1. The hot tub is only available for adult guests and at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult.
  2. Before entering the hot tub, please use the foot showers and remove any dirt.
  3. If the hot tub water is intentionally or negligently contaminated, the guest will be responsible for the cost of draining and sanitizing it.
  4. Children who are not potty-trained must wear waterproof baby swim diapers.
  5. No street shoes or clothing are allowed in the hot tub.
  6. The hot tub should not be used under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances.
  7. Eating, drinking, smoking, or littering in or around the hot tub is prohibited.
  8. Do not jump in or out of the hot tub; use the designated areas for safety.
  9. Please refrain from smoking in and around the pool. Smoking is permitted in designated areas in ashtrays.
  10. The firewood for heating the hot tub can only be used by adults. Please pay attention to the water temperature and do not overheat the water.
  11. Please take special care of all equipment, machinery and structures belonging to your pool, and report any malfunction immediately.

 

Services

  1. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. The network name and password are located on the main router in the living room and on an information board.
  2. The common area is air-conditioned. Please use the air conditioning responsibly, with closed doors and windows, and turn it off when leaving the house.

 

Fire, Cooking, and Grilling

  1. Fires, cooking, and grilling are allowed at your own risk and only for adult guests. Children must be supervised.
  2. Please use the designated area and only the provided wood, charcoal, or briquettes.
  3. Always have a bucket of water available when using fire for safety.

 

Noise

  1. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially between 18:00-8:00 on weekdays and 16:00-9:00 on weekends.
  2. If neighbors complain about noise, you will receive a warning. After the second warning, you will be asked to leave the property, and no refund will be issued for the remaining nights.

By paying for your stay, you confirm your acceptance of the house rules and agree to comply with them. You are also acknowledging that you use the apartment and its outdoor areas at your own risk.
